CQI Project Manager

Must-Haves:

  • Strong experience in Project Management focused on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).

  • Experience with continuous improvement

  • Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred)

  • Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) or similar initiatives

  • Ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams on transformation and change management initiatives.

  • Strong data handling skills (Excel charts, dashboards, reporting).

  • Experience with project management tools and documentation.

  • LSS Green Belt or higher certification.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Nice to Have:

  • PMP certification in addition to Green Belt certification.

  • Experience with evidence-based treatments and outcomes measurement.

  • Familiarity with Netsmart myAvatar.

  • Experience working in regulated and transformation-driven environments.

  • Prior experience within structured PMO environments.
