Backend Engineer

  • Must Haves

3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production (not only prototypes).

Strong Python proficiency (highest priority).

Strong JavaScript knowledge.

Experience designing and owning backend architectures and complete software workflows.

Experience with API development and integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth). Experience with PostgreSQL (Supabase is a plus).

Experience working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or equivalent).

Ability to productize prototypes into scalable enterprise software.

Experience making architectural decisions independently.

Experience owning technical projects end-to-end.

Frontend development experience. (React or Next.js)

Fluent English with excellent verbal communication.

Ability to collaborate with distributed international teams.

  • Nice-to-Haves:

N8N experience.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience.

RAG architecture experience.

Startup or venture-backed company experience.

Multi-tenant SaaS experience.

Financial Services, M&A or Investment Banking knowledge.

Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring future team members.
