7+ years in Project Management (preferably in an outsourcing services or consultancy environment)
Proven technical background, being able to bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering requirements.
Skilled at orchestration of the project backlog to balance objectives with day-to-day delivery needs.
Capable of overseeing timelines, budgets, and risks, while providing clear reporting (e.g., sprint burn-downs, progress updates) to stakeholders.
Ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements.
Great written and verbal communication skills to convey product requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with remote / 3rd party team members in an Agile environment. Experience in running Scrum and Kanban is a must.
Critical thinking skills to assess feature requests, prioritize effectively, and measure impacts.
A creative, problem-solving attitude that seeks out new opportunities or improvements.
