Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sofrware Engineer, Mobile to lead the development of a

brand-new cross-platform mobile application for Android and iOS. This is an exciting opportunity

to take ownership from the ground up, architect the solution, and mentor a team of junior React

Native developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience

to actively participate in and manage our product development lifecycle, being deeply involved

with the technical implementation. Additionally, this candidate will have experience with React

web applications, expertise in TypeScript, and familiarity with the app publishing processes on

both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Responsibilities

● Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native application using

TypeScript.

● Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant cross-platform mobile

applications for iOS and Android.

● Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure best practices, code quality, and

continuous learning.

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to deeply understand

customer needs and translate them into exceptional user experiences.

● Manage the entire app lifecycle including app store submissions, updates, and crash log

monitoring.

● Integrate and manage Firebase services such as Analytics, Authentication, Cloud

Messaging, and Crashlytics.

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, crashes, and bugs.

● Contribute to React web application development and ensure consistency across

platforms.

● Deliver high-quality features on time by maintaining a balance between speed and

precision.

● Implement rigorous testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to

ensure robust application performance.

● Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews, fostering a culture of

continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

● Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for seamless feature releases.

Qualifications

● Required:

○ 3+) years of experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on React

Native and TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

○ Demonstrated ability to design and implement user-friendly interfaces with a

focus on customer delight.

○ Solid understanding of publishing and maintaining applications on Apple App

Store and Google Play Store.

○ Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Cloud Messaging,

Crashlytics, etc.) and crash log monitoring.

○ Hands-on experience developing and maintaining React web applications.

○ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.

○ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

○ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Preferred:

○ Experience with modern front end frameworks like ReactJS.

○ Exposure to testing frameworks.

○ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

○ Experience in backend development (Node.js, Express, or similar) is a plus.

○ Ability to mentor and lead junior developers effectively.
