Location: Full Remote (EST 8h/day overlap required)

About the Company
A U.S.-focused, multi-brand e-commerce company operating at scale across marketplaces, its own DTC channels, and more recently, TikTok.
One of its core brands already has strong product-market fit and consistent sales across channels. The company is now building a creator-led growth engine around TikTok, combining organic content, affiliate models, and paid media powered by creators.
This is not an experimental channel — it’s already working and now needs to scale fast.
Current Moment
The TikTok creator operation started recently but is already showing strong traction, with ~400 active creators and growing quickly.
Today, much of the work is still manual and closely managed by the core team (outreach, creator management, performance tracking). The next step is scale.
The goal is to grow this ecosystem to ~3,000 creators in the next 12 months, while maintaining a strong focus on conversion and revenue (GMV), not just views or engagement.
The Opportunity
This is not a content creation role. It is a high-energy, relationship + execution role where you will:
Talk to creators all day
Build trust quickly
Follow up relentlessly
Identify who actually drives sales
Bring high-performing creators closer to the business
You’ll split your time between:
50% outreach (acquiring new creators)
50% managing and growing the existing base (~400 creators)
You will be a key operator in scaling this channel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running high-volume outreach to attract new creators (TikTok, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.)
Managing relationships with creators, especially top performers
Onboarding new creators and helping them succeed in the program
Tracking performance and identifying who is driving GMV
Elevating high-performing creators (tier upgrades, deeper partnerships)
Coordinating with internal teams (payments, tiers, updates)
Managing ongoing follow-ups, conversations, and creator status
This role combines commercial, community, and operational execution.

Manage a high-volume workflow without dropping details
Long-term, you’ll help scale the creator base from ~400 to ~3,000 without losing quality.

Fluent English (daily interaction with U.S.-based creators)

Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously

Background in e-commerce, DTC, TikTok, or affiliate ecosystems

Experience in high-volume outreach or client-facing roles

Additional Details
Contractor role (full-time, 8h/day)
Compensation: USD 2,000–2,500/month
Working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (9 AM – 6 PM)
