Customer Service Representative
Must-Haves
● Bilingual Spanish & English (strong written English required)
● Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (e.g., contact center, retail, food service)
● Strong multitasking and time management skills
● Ability to handle multiple communication channels (calls, email, fax, chat)
● Strong documentation and data entry skills (high accuracy required)
● Ability to type quickly while speaking with clients (typing assessment required)
● Customer service mindset with ability to handle sensitive/emotional situations
● Ability to work under pressure in a high-intensity environment
Nice to Have
● Previous contact center experience
● Experience in healthcare, mental health, or human services
● Experience using EHR systems (e.g., Netsmart Avatar)
● Experience with Microsoft Office tools and contact center platforms
● Experience handling referrals, scheduling, or administrative workflows
● Experience working with external databases or service systems
