ABOUT THE ROLE
Combine's RevOps area has been around for a year and already has a structured approach in place, including working dashboards, a contracted ATS, established management rituals and the use of data in decision-making. The foundation has been laid. The next step is to transform critical processes across three areas (Sales, Operations and Customer Success) into replicable systems and, progressively, automated flows.
As the operational and technical arm of this evolution, the RevOps Analyst will be responsible for documenting, structuring and automating processes. You will work directly with the RevOps Manager and interact frequently with the heads of Sales, Operations, and CS.
SHORT-TERM CHALLENGES
The focus will be on setting up standard processes in the three areas. Combine has functioning rituals and well-operating teams, but much of the operational knowledge still resides in people rather than processes.
The challenge is to change that by mapping, documenting, and formalizing the critical Sales, Operations, and CS flows.
LONG-TERM CHALLENGES
The RevOps Analyst will become the technical owner of automating the entire operational pipeline, from lead generation to post-placement.
The goal is an operation where manual work is the exception, not the rule and where Combine can grow revenue without growing headcount at the same rate.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Support the documentation and standardization of critical processes in sales, operations, and customer service (CS) by turning existing rituals into replicable playbooks.
Develop the data collection infrastructure for process automation projects.
Support the full implementation of ATS and its integration with the CRM.
Build client communication automations, including nurture sequences, post-placement flows, and churn and expansion alerts.
Identify operational bottlenecks in the stack and propose integration or automation solutions, with or without code.
Document technical processes and implemented automations to ensure knowledge is not concentrated in a single person.
Support the onboarding of new tools with teams to ensure real adoption.
MUST-HAVES
Experience with HubSpot CRM: pipelines, custom properties, workflows, and reports
Familiarity with API REST development and integration: able to read documentation, build calls, and connect tools without relying on third parties
Proficiency with low code or no code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or equivalents
Ability to write or adapt simple scripts for custom automations and integrations
Familiarity with LLMs and AI APIs for building automated content generation and data processing flows
Advanced spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) — formulas, pivot tables, database structuring
Intermediate or advanced English
NICE-TO-HAVES
Familiarity with LLMs and AI APIs for building automated content generation and data processing flows
Experience with ATS — TeamTailor, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar
Knowledge of prospecting and AI sales tools: Clay, Juicebox, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Prior experience at a recruiting, staffing, or B2B services company
