Project Manager - HR

Must-Haves:

● Strong experience in Project Management (hands-on, not HR-only background)

● Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (20–25 projects)

● Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred)

● Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) or similar initiatives

● Ability to work cross-functionally with HR and internal stakeholders

● Strong data handling skills (Excel charts, dashboards, reporting)

● Experience with project management tools and documentation

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

● Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Nice to Have:

● Experience in healthcare or health-related organizations

● Experience in nonprofitable environments

● Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools

● Experience with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Netsmart myAvatar)

● Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma

● Experience supporting organization-wide transformation projects
