ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to work directly at the core of Combine’s recruitment team, with full ownership of complex roles and close relationships with international clients. This person will be an internal technical reference, raising the team’s bar, supporting strategic decisions, and actively contributing to a high-performance environment.
This is a hands-on role, with autonomy, accountability, and real impact on operational results.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-complexity roles, primarily for international clients (tech and business).
Manage and maintain accurate data, pipelines, and status updates in the ATS, ensuring information quality and predictability.
Generate strategic insights from market data (salaries, seniority, talent scarcity, competition) to support and delight clients.
Act as a technical reference on the LATAM market, advising clients on profiles, expectations, team structures, and global hiring.
Actively contribute to the evolution of the team by bringing references, proposing solutions, best practices, and new approaches.
Prioritize and manage your portfolio of roles and clients, balancing quality, timelines, and communication.
Support the construction of employer branding narratives with candidates and clients.
Serve as a technical support point for analysts and sourcers.
REQUIREMENTS
Solid, hands-on experience with ATS tools (pipeline management, data, reporting, and follow-ups);
Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights for clients;
Broad experience with tech and business roles, with strong judgment on seniority and complexity;
Nice to have: Previous experience with employer branding (job narratives, company positioning, candidate pitch).
Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor relations (hiring models, CLT vs. PJ, legal fundamentals).
Advanced or fluent English for constant interaction with international clients.
